The Fitout Process
Eagleheart Site Review
The site review ensures that the property is a suitable option to transform into a new medical space. This gives clients peace of mind prior to financially committing to the property. The site review identifies the feasibility and suitability of the site for its purpose of a medical space. The building structure, footings and surrounds are assessed including the provision for sufficient onsite car parking and zoning.
Property Purchase
Undertaken by the doctor, surgeon or specialist.
Floorplans and Concept Design
Eagleheart’s architectural and interior design team, produce a series of floorplans and design concepts utilising modern design principles. Designs are produced taking into consideration the client brief and their vision for the space.
Construction Proposal
The construction proposal encapsulates the full process taking the project right up until shifting into the new medical space.
Construction Onsite
Eagleheart manages the full process for the development on site, ensuring that all council requirements are met. Our stringent compliance to Occupational Health and Safety ensures that our projects are delivered safely and effectively.
Official Project Handover
Our project team undertake a full walkthrough of the space with the client before officially handing over the keys to their new medical space.
