APPROVALS
The experienced Eagleheart team are here to help you navigate the complex world of council approvals for medical fitouts projects.
Council approvals are required for a fitout in an existing building when a change of use will take place. An example of a ‘change of use’ is a property change from an office or retail suite to a medical clinic. If your chosen space has had continuous previous medical use, it’s considered a complying development and may not require the same council approval. Without council approval, your insurance may be invalid in the case of a property fire or natural disaster.
