Eagleheart congratulates Marina Radiology on the opening of their newest clinic at St Germain Medical and Wellness Hub in Clyde North. The project began with planning and design in mid-2024, transforming the 550 sqm warm shell tenancy into a fully equipped radiology clinic. Construction commenced shortly after the base build was completed. Eagleheart manage every stage of the project, through to final handover in April 2025.
New Head Office Location and Radiology Clinic
Marina Radiology’s team moved into the space in early May 2025.. The clinic is now operational and offers Ultrasound, CT, OPG, DEXA, and X-ray services. MRI capabilities were planned for and completed in March 2026.
This site also serves as the new head office for Marina Radiology. The administration area includes:
- Five private office suites
- A spacious open-plan workstation zone
- Kitchen facilities, and
- Fully equipped conference and meeting rooms; designed to efficiently support the organisation’s backend operations.
Eagleheart marked the project handover in April 2025 alongside Mr. Joe Youseff (CEO), Dr Maged Bekheet (Director), Mr. Stephen Crosbie (MD), Ms. Andrea Plawski (Project Manager), their staff, family and friends. The Clyde North clinic marks Marina Radiology’s 12th location, adding to its growing network across regional Victoria and Melbourne’s eastern and southeastern suburbs.
St Germain Medical Hub – More Specialist Medical Services to Follow:
This purpose-built diagnostic imaging facility is the second major medical service to open within the St Germain precinct, following the late 2024 launch of St Germain Superclinic. Both the radiology clinic and general practice clinic were designed and constructed by the team at Eagleheart.
The St Germain Medical and Wellness Hub continues to evolve, with more specialist services to follow in 2025.
