Eagleheart is pleased to announce some exciting news for our client, Doctors@Bayside!
Dr Maghu Ramachadran and his team recently moved into their new location. They have retained a prominent street-front position just across the road from their previous clinic on busy Bay Road, Sandringham. The new GP clinic for Doctors@Bayside occupies the ground floor within The Trentham Sandringham, an architecturally designed residential apartment complex by Buxton Group. Eagleheart completed the internal fitout of the 240sqm tenancy, once base build works were complete.
Delivered in January 2026, the project was designed to align with our client’s vision “To deliver the best patient care experience, with a focus on providing high-quality, scientifically-proven medical care in a modern environment.”
Supporting an Established Practice and Growing Community
Relocating from its previous site Doctors@Bayside has transitioned into a significantly enhanced environment that maintains continuity for existing patients while expanding its capacity to support future demand. The clinic will continue to serve both its longstanding patient base and the growing number of residents in the area, that are now calling Bayside their new home.
About The GP Fitout
Eagleheart’s general practice fitout delivers a highly functional and welcoming clinical environment. The layout includes a light filled reception and waiting area, a dedicated practice manager’s office, eight consult rooms, on-site pathology, expansive treatment room, and a nurses’ room. The supporting amenities include DDA-compliant toilets and a well-appointed staff room, ensuring both accessibility and staff wellbeing are prioritised.
