The Base Craigieburn is a new multi-stage development across 21.6 hectares in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor. Stage 1 is under construction, and Stage 2 planning is underway.

Seven medical spaces are being released, ranging in size from 100sqm to 400sqm and can be consolidated up to 1020sqm on request. Space has been allocated for a General Practice along with plans for pathology, pharmacy, dental, and specialist services.

The Base is located at the junction of the Hume Highway and Hume Freeway and has 55,000 cars passing by every day. Over 30 residential estates are in various stages of construction and the catchment is expected to grow by 53.05% to over 390,000 residents by 2041.
