In this project Eagleheart completed a residential to medical house conversion for our client, in Reservoir Victoria. The project began as a four bedroom residential property and was converted into a specialist medical practice. My Foot Clinic is a podiatry clinic that specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of specific foot ailments.
Directors, Marlene Porfiri and Vicki Koronakos reached out to Eagleheart for an Eagleheart Site Assessment (ESA) of their residential property. They were considering converting it into their next medical practice.
The ESA site visit was essential to determine if the residential property was suitable to be converted into a medical space by taking into consideration the structural condition of the building, and the property positioning to accommodate carparking and disability compliance requirements.
The team at Eagleheart undertook the residential to medical change of use submissions to council, all building permits, demolition works, full internal strip out and complete refurbishment of the space.
The property has been converted from a four-bedroom family home, into a shiny new clinic. It contains a reception and waiting room, four consult rooms, disability compliant facilities and a staff kitchen.
This residential house conversion project was completed by the Eagleheart team and open to patients in May 2023.
