Eagleheart is pleased to announce the project completion of Bayside Specialist Centre, the latest medical practice for Nepean Specialist Group. The Directors acquired the former restaurant a few years ago with the vision of transforming it into a modern specialist medical clinic. They engaged Eagleheart to assess the feasibility of the conversion and to bring their vision to life.
Our process began with an initial site review and several site visits, followed by the development of early floorplan concepts to maximise efficiency in the 163sqm space. Our internal design team meticulously crafted a layout that optimised functionality while also capturing breathtaking marina views—enhancing both the patient and staff experience.
Impressed by our strategic approach, Nepean Specialist Group engaged Eagleheart for the full design and fitout of their space. Our team worked collaboratively to deliver a fully functional, ready-to-move-in specialist medical clinic.
The project scope included:
- Securing all necessary permits.
- Creating a full space design for optimal functionality and aesthetics.
- Upgrading the façade for a fresh, contemporary exterior.
- Conducting an internal strip-out and completing a full medical fitout.
- Sourcing stylish furniture and soft furnishing for project handover.
The result is a visually stunning and highly efficient specialist clinic. The reception area features a striking wraparound timber ceiling, complemented by elegant accent lighting, that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although the clinic is compact in size, it feels remarkably spacious and offers ease of movement throughout.

- A well appointed reception area.
- A generous 20-seat waiting area.
- Five multi-disciplinary consulting suites.
- A staff kitchen.
- Several admin areas.
- A sizable storage room.

Bayside Specialist Centre, located at Shop 1, 102-112 Gladesville Blvd, Patterson Lakes, was handed over in mid-December 2024 and officially opened in early January 2025.
This clinic marks the tenth location for Nepean Specialist Group, which operates across metropolitan Melbourne and southeast Victoria.
