Marina Radiology selected the 550sqm tenancy directly from the development plan. Once the base build works were complete, Eagleheart was entrusted with the design and construction of the internal fitout, transforming the warm shell space into a fully operational, state-of-the-art radiology clinic.
Eagleheart’s team of interior designers, architects, project and construction managers, provided a seamless experience for the client through every stage of the process, handing over the ready-to-occupy radiology clinic in April 2025.
This new healthcare fit out has been thoughtfully designed to support the operational needs of a fully functional radiology clinic and its new Head Office, both now and into the future.
The design of this radiology fitout aims to deliver a modern space with a lasting presence, one that harmonises everyday functionality with a clean, welcoming aesthetic. Finishes were carefully selected to align with the radiology clinic’s brand colours, reinforcing a strong visual identity while contributing to a fresh and contemporary atmosphere.
Head Office Integration:
Positioned at the rear of the clinic, Marina Radiology’s new Head Office has its own private staff access and includes:
- Five office suites
- Administration hub
- Open-plan workstations
- Staff kitchen
- Conference and meeting room facilities
