Doctors of South Melbourne reached out to Eagleheart to design and construct a stunning and unique medical space. 141 Cecil St South Melbourne is a 100 year old warehouse conversion that was built in the early 1900’s. It is located diagonally across the road from the South Melbourne Markets.
Dr Elaine Sung’s vision for the space was to introduce the South Melbourne culture and heritage within their new medical practice. Eagleheart and the expertise of our project team were able to transform the warehouse space into a living and inviting medical clinic. The careful placement of a living green wall, rectangular glass lift, natural timbers, natural stone and polished concrete ensure this space will maintain it’s ambience and longevity for many years to come.
