The project at Live Your Life Aesthetics (LYLA) Clinic, is one of unsurpassed luxury… a finish that is highly appropriate for its premium address. The clinic is located at 260 Burwood Road Hawthorn, in one of Melbourne’s most opulent suburbs.
The skin and cosmetic clinic fitout project began as a warm shell, within a newly constructed, 6-level office/retail development, designed by the team at Idle Architecture.
Eagleheart was engaged to design and construct the internal fitout for the co-owners of LYLA Clinic. The objective was to create a sanctuary for their patients in line with their philosophy:
“To provide exceptional cosmetic medicine services that help clients look and feel their best.”
The 530sqm ground floor space at LYLA Clinic presents more like a day spa or retreat, rather than a medical space. It departs from the traditional approach to modernism, by embracing the beauty of organic shapes, subdued earthy tones, and raw textures which mimics the innate character and movement of nature. These design elements made it easy to evoke a calm and serene atmosphere, despite its minimalistic style.
Each furniture piece and the materials used within the space, were carefully selected to achieve unity and continuity, whilst keeping each area unique and distinguishable from each other. From cabinetry, flooring and lighting, every room is a feature.
This exceptional skin and cosmetic clinic fitout includes twenty-five well appointed rooms. They are equally split between dermatology, cosmetic surgery, dental and laser treatment services. The layout was strategically planned to create separation between patients based on their different cosmetic needs, and the dedicated waiting areas ensure their confidentially and privacy.
The clinic also boasts a generous reception and waiting area, with beautiful French wash walls, featured columns, exposed ceiling, and lusciously green backdrops. LYLA Clinic is a medley of functionality, client-centricity, and luxury and sets a new benchmark for aesthetic clinics right across Australia.
