Precise Radiology’s new radiology practice in Keysborough marks the second project Eagleheart has delivered for Directors Scott Holden, Anh My Tran and Ming Tan. It reflects the strength of our ongoing partnership with the team at Precise Radiology; a relationship built on clarity, capability, and trust.
Located within Parkmore Shopping Centre, their new clinic occupies a former real estate tenancy that offers excellent street presence and convenient access for patients.
From the outset, the Directors had some uncertainty about whether the site could accommodate all the clinical and operational requirements they had in mind for the new clinic. The awkwardly shaped, 230sqm tenancy did initially present design challenges, however our project team worked together to find solutions that not only delivered but exceeded our clients’ expectations for the space.
Through a comprehensive site review, strategic planning workshops, and our structured consultative process, Eagleheart managed every aspect of the project delivery; from change of use and zoning to full design, construction, and handover of the finished radiology clinic. Each step was strategically planned to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a seamless patient journey throughout the clinic.
When it came down to the design for the space, the Directors expressed genuine appreciation for what we achieved for their first clinic. With the passage of time, they were now ready for the design to evolve and were seeking a brighter environment defined by crisp whites and a more refined, sleek aesthetic.
The design of their new clinic introduces soft, warm tones balanced with a crisp white palette, creating a clean yet welcoming healthcare setting. Subtle patterning across wall panels and the reception desk adds depth and visual interest without overwhelming the clinical function of the space. Accent navy walls and doors, drawn directly from the client’s brand palette, provides continuity and strengthens brand recognition throughout the clinic.
Natural light was strategically maximised in the waiting areas to further amplify brightness and promote a sense of wellbeing for both patients and staff. Concealed strip lighting and abstract artworks in a blue calming tone were used to help reduce patient anxiety, whilst recessed downlights and panel lighting in modality rooms provide precise, functional illumination where it is needed.
What began as a non-medical commercial tenancy has been transformed into a healthcare environment that feels fresh and elevated, retains the familiarity of their brand and was delivered in the luminous, sleek character they envisioned.

Each imaging room has been constructed to meet stringent compliance, radiation shielding and infection control requirements, with materials and finishes selected for durability and ease of maintenance.
