This week Eagleheart congratulates Bayside Specialist Centre on the handover of their new specialist medical practice in Patterson Lakes, Victoria. The clinic is part of Nepean Specialist Group that operates across ten sites in Melbourne’s south-east, the Bass Coast and on the Mornington Peninsula.

This new clinic is within the local Lakeview Shopping Centre, just a short walk from their old specialist practice. The Directors engaged Eagleheart for the design, construction and fitout of the space, after purchasing the property a few years ago, with the view of it eventually becoming their flagship specialist centre.

The finished project at Bayside Specialist Centre is truly spectacular, with the inviting reception featuring a stunning wrap around wooden detail ceiling, softened by beautiful accent lighting features. The specialist centre is a modest 163sqm but is surprisingly spacious with a reception area for three staff, a 20-seat waiting area, an ultrasound room, four consulting suites, large boardroom and kitchenette, two admin areas, a staff kitchen and ample storage space.

The new clinic at Patterson Lakes was handed over in mid December 2024, and officially opens from their new site at Shop 1, 102-112 Gladesville Blvd, Patterson Lakes on 6th January, 2025.
