This General Practice medical fitout was built by Eagleheart as a sister clinic to Keys Medical Centre in Keysborough. We assisted Dr. Hamid Fairoos from the project outset. We helped him select an appropriate site to accommodate the growing demand for General Practice, Radiology, Allied Health and Specialist Medical Services in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Patient, Nurse and Doctor wellbeing was a focus during the design phase, taking into consideration workflows, ergonomic design and functionality. Careful consideration was made during planning to ensure 12 consulting rooms, a 2-bed treatment room, on-site Pathology, X-ray and Ultrasound facilities, a separate nurses’ room, a spacious reception area and a 30-person waiting room could all be accommodated within 380sqm. Eagleheart ensures all medical fit out and new build projects achieve full disability compliance.

The result is a stunning architectural example of what a medical space can be, offering a warm, calm, and inviting environment from the moment patients arrive for their appointment.

The project at Greens Medical Group has been awarded two awards in September, 2022: Design Matters National Award for Non-Residential Interiors and the Good Design Award for Architectural Design.
