A new purpose built, three-storey medical development in Melbourne’s south east is steadily approaching completion. The medical development is located on the extremely busy Springvale Road in Springvale South, Victoria.

The multi-specialty site has been designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the local community while delivering a modern, integrated clinical environment.

Eagleheart Health Spaces was engaged early for this new build project, supporting our client from initial concept through to delivery. Since 2021, our team has been a key strategic partner, and provided advisory services to ensure strategic clarity and seamless execution.

The project began with a comprehensive property search, identifying a site that balanced accessibility, visibility, and long-term growth potential. Eagleheart also undertook detailed feasibility studies and led council planning applications and permit submissions, to efficiently secure building approvals.

In collaboration with the base builder, we ensured all structural and service provisions supported a high-quality internal fitout, including coordination of infrastructure, compliance, and future-proofing for specialist medical use.

Eagleheart is delivering the full internal fitout across all five tenancies. The medical hub will offer a general practice and dental clinic, pathology, mental health services, physiotherapy, specialist consulting suites, and radiology clinic.

Each tenancy has been designed to enhance patient experience, practitioner efficiency, and clinical compliance, with layouts that optimise workflow, privacy, and accessibility.

The internal fitouts complement the building’s striking external architecture, with clean lines, natural light, and a calming material palette reflecting the client’s vision for a contemporary healthcare destination.

As the project approaches completion, this new medical development represents a collaborative and thoughtfully delivered healthcare facility to support clinicians and the community it serves.
