Delivered in August 2024, the project involved the complete interior design and medical fitout of a 550sqm warm shell space. The clinic officially opened its doors to patients in mid-September, becoming the first of several healthcare services to open within the wellness hub. At the time of construction, the St Germain development was the largest planned medical precinct in Melbourne’s South-Eastern growth corridor.
Designed with a vision for integrated healthcare delivery, the medical precinct is positioned to service a rapidly growing local population with access to essential medical, diagnostic and specialist services, all within a single location.
The St Germain Superclinic is strategically located at the heart of this hub, and has been purpose-built to meet the operational and clinical needs of a busy, modern GP practice.
Eagleheart worked closely with the doctors and co-founders to ensure the layout, workflow and design aesthetic aligned with both their functional requirements and their vision for a calming, patient-focused space.
Since opening, the GP clinic has been joined by a newly completed diagnostic imaging facility, with additional specialist services to come very soon.
Throughout the project, Eagleheart provided end-to-end delivery, beginning with a property search and site review. We then coordinated the floorplan layout, compliance requirements, design and finishes selection, construction and full project management. The result is a cohesive, highly functional medical environment that supports both clinical performance and patient experience.

About St Germain Superclinic
St Germain Superclinic was established by a group of visionary doctors who shared a commitment to expanding access to comprehensive and affordable healthcare services in the area. Clinic founders Dr. Siew, Dr. Xandra, Dr. Ben, Dr Samira and Dr Amira, came together as independent GP’s to deliver general practice, specialist, allied health and pathology services to the local community.
