Eagleheart was engaged to deliver a new purpose-built medical consulting suite within the Eaglemont area.
Eaglemont Medical Suites is located just ten kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, with its elevated location offering expansive panoramic views across the Dandenong Ranges, northern ranges, and the city skyline.
Eagleheart initially completed our EPA (Eagleheart Property Analysis) prior to the client’s purchase of the site. This assessment ensured the property was suitable for a two-storey medical development and aligned with the client’s vision, operational needs, and long-term expectations.
Eagleheart then worked closely with local council on behalf of our client, navigating planning requirements, traffic, environmental, and development approvals. This early-stage due diligence and coordination was critical and enabled a smooth transition between parties; from concept, to base-build construction, to internal fitout.
Upon completion of the base-build, Eagleheart delivered the internal fitout of the purpose-built 250sqm medical suite, located on Level 1.
The clinic has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming patient experience, with access via a feature staircase and lift. Upon arrival, patients are greeted by a light-filled reception and waiting area that maximises the site’s stunning views.
The medical clinic includes:
- Five consulting rooms
- Dedicated pathology space
- Administration offices
- A meeting room
- Staff kitchen
- DDA-compliant patient amenities
Secure on-site parking is provided on the ground floor, providing accessibility and convenience for both practitioners and patients.
Eagleheart’s involvement with our client began in 2022. We worked alongside them, providing initial property reviews, site visits, and strategic planning. The project progressed through council approvals, detailed design and construction, resulting in the successful delivery of a fully integrated healthcare clinic.
This project was delivered from the ground up and handed over to the doctors in early 2026. The result is a modern, purpose-built medical facility that combines functionality, compliance, and patient-centred design, all set within a premium suburban location.
