Precise Radiology has marked an exciting new chapter in their growth journey with the opening of their second clinic in Keysborough, Victoria. Building on the success of their first clinic in Carnegie, company Directors Scott Holden and Anh My Tran have once again entrusted Eagleheart in their expansion plans.
The new 230 sqm clinic is located in a prime position within Parkmore Shopping Centre. The site has dual frontage visibility from busy Cheltenham Road, offering easy access and parking for patients. Importantly, two established general practice clinics are located within short walking distance, providing a strong referral network and community access to local imaging services.
Inside, the radiology fitout has been carefully designed to balance functionality and patient comfort. The clinic offers a comprehensive suite of imaging services, including CT, X-ray, OPG, DEXA and three dedicated ultrasound rooms. Supporting these services is a compact but efficient layout featuring a welcoming reception, multiple waiting areas, a private reporting office, administration space, staff kitchen, and well-appointed patient changing facilities. The thoughtful design ensures smooth workflows for staff while delivering a seamless and comfortable experience for patients.
Eagleheart officially handed over the completed project in late June 2025, with Precise Radiology opening their doors to patients the following week. The swift transition from project completion to official opening, highlights our effective collaboration and planning between our team, our client and their chosen modality providers, to deliver a ready-to-occupy radiology practice.
